      Working alone, No work on Sunday, Team atmosphere, Flexibility

      Cons

      Cleaning toilets, Units, Hallways, Parking lots. No OT, Not much double coverage. Working on the weekends.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for! I have been in retail for 10+ years both sales and customer service. Extra Space Storage has been a great breath of fresh air. It is such a united/team environment. Everyone is understanding, supportive and helpful. Every year there are times that take place where you can actually get together with others in your area to help each other learn, grow and have a little fun! I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage.
