Pros
ExtraSpace has been my favorite job since I have been working. They pay well above minimum wage, have health and other insurance benefits for full AND part time, which is very rare in the modern day business world. Hours are always on a set schedule, on the few occasions you have to stay late but that is not bad at all. 401K, Paid for mileage when traveling to other stores to help out, ESS definitely cares about their employees.
Cons
The only con that is really an issue is overtime. ESS does not allow overtime, so you will have to cut it sometime during the week, so either leave early, come in late, or take an extra xx amount of minutes for your lunch. The problem arises mainly on Saturdays when our office closes early, and is the end of our work week, so the only option is to eat the OT, but our company does not really like to pay for OT.
