I worked at Extra Space from the fall of 2008 until late spring 2010. I really enjoyed my time there. Free drinks in break room, quality people who I still keep in touch with.

Cons

I don't remember anything real specific.

I work with some of the best people, and senior management is responsive & timely.

Cons

Aside from the usual frustrations of dealing with customer that don't always follow the rules, or heed advice most of the time...there is very little downside to this company. Pay however could be more inline with living costs in the area.
