Care, appreciate, inform is what they want you to do....seriously they gave it to us on a key chain.
Pros
I'm a 37 year old female and i've held jobs in many different places and types of companies, most of them more glamorous than this one. However this has been not only my favorite job, but my favorite company to work for. I'm a field employee, specifically an on-site manager. If you don't like change and constant improvement and you don't like to get in and get your hands a little dirty, this may not be the job for you. We are always changing how we do things, new ways to improve and streamline not only our work, but the customer experience. Is this part sales, yes, but we don't just shove product down the customers throat. They teach us to know how to best help people find what they need and give that to them. There's a little bit of everything to do at an on-site job. You of course sell, you rent units, you sell merchandise, you take payments ect. You also clean, paint, handle some maintenance and get to move around a lot, often outside. I love education they provide and enjoy the people I work with. You work as a team with other sites in your district, but also get to self motivate and work on your own sometimes. There are great incentives, contests, good pay and benefits. They encourage a healthy balance of work and personal life, they also have a yearly fit program to encourage a healthy lifestyle. Company itself continues to grow and I have no worry about job security.
Cons
No cons really, I don't know what it's like to work in other districts as i've been at my site for 4 years.
