      Pros

      Great culture and work environment. Known for collaboration and partnerships on all levels across all departments. Forward-thinking company with everyone driving to create a customer-centric experience while delivering results for our company and shareholders. I could go on and on about how great ESS is but if you are really interested look us up and find out for yourself. You will not be disappointed!

      Is being too awesome a con? Hard to find any downside to this company!

      Pros

      Flex work days can be set up with site manager. As I only want 2 days a week this works well for me. There are many locations so if a person would want to transfer or just work more hours it could bee arranged.

      Cons

      I feel somewhat micromanaged. Having many years of experience dealing with the public and in the self storage business itself I do feel confined in scope of decision making.

      Pros

      Great work/family balance with the hours you work, higher then expected pay for the job, off every Sunday, upper managers generally seem interested in staff problems.

      Cons

      I don't have any complaints about it, I love it here. but it's not for everyone. A lot of cold calling people who signed up online but only had a passing interest in a unit or just shopping around for now, a lot of cleaning and not a lot of customer interaction if you came from standard retail.
