      Pros

      Great work/family balance with the hours you work, higher then expected pay for the job, off every Sunday, upper managers generally seem interested in staff problems.

      Cons

      I don't have any complaints about it, I love it here. but it's not for everyone. A lot of cold calling people who signed up online but only had a passing interest in a unit or just shopping around for now, a lot of cleaning and not a lot of customer interaction if you came from standard retail.

      Pros

      I love this company, I have never worked for a company that has such a great team builder, helpful team, they provide you with all the tools you need to succeed in a company. I want to move up. Hopefully to SM soon. Manager & DM are working with me to grow with the company.

      Cons

      So far there is no Downside to my job. I enjoy working for this company so far. I have Learned so much.
