Pros
The upper management really does take what we say seriously. There have been numerous improvements, changes, updates, etc to the whole company based solely on what employee's have suggested. The support system is wonderful. If the district manager can't help for some reason, there are so many other's that will held a hand. Lots of perks, nice uniforms and shoes. There are always room for advancement also. Many programs to help get employee's to the next level of their career. Good benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, short/long term, 401K.
Cons
Very short list. Not a lot of holidays off since it is retail hours. Medical insurance is a bit pricey but there are a few options to choose from that are reasonable priced.
