Extra Space Storage is a GREAT place to work. Great Benifits, Great Pay (Comparative), Senior Management is Always invoived with Field Employees with Communication and Town Hall Meetings for Face to Face interaction. Extra Space has Great growth potential as a company and as an employee and loves to promote from within.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons as this is a Great company to work for.
