      Pros

      Competitive wages, strong camaraderie with peers and executive leadership, clear focus and direction. This company trusts me to do good work and gives me the tools to succeed.

      Cons

      Quarterly DM bonus plan needs some work. It is based far too heavily on things outside of DM control (i.e. Budgeted NRI and market conditions). Also, the path from DM to SDM or DVP is murky at best and should be more of a meritocracy.

      Pros

      The people who you get to work with are awesome. I work in Customer Acquisition and it is a fantastic group. The work is engaging, there is a great appetite for testing and trying new things, and it is mixed with the right amount of fun. Our CMO James is a great leader to work with.

      Cons

      No negatives that are not controllable. If a problem / opportunity is there, you can usually work with others to fix it.
