Executives and Senior Management CARE - about our customers, about our employees, about our investors, about our vendors, etc. The organization has a strong culture focused on our values - passion, integrity, excellence, innovation and teamwork! If you are willing to work hard and make a difference, you will be rewarded.

Cons

We are constantly changing, which can be viewed negatively, but change at Extra Space means growth, advancement, and excitement.

Room to grow, freedom where your not micro managed or tied to your desk. They care about their employees and show it. Great team atmosphere for colaboration.

Cons

The pay isn't the most competitive and the benefits are sub-par.
