      Pros

      Good company and friendly co-workers. A lot of downtime to play Candy Crush and check Facebook. Closed on Sundays so you can watch football.

      Cons

      The pay is not good at all $13.00 an hour for an Assistant Manager. Assistant Manager is not really a manager because an Assistant Manager is the lowest man on the totem pole. Pushing insurance on new customer and ripping them off. No room to really move up unless you want to relocate.

      loved the company's culture freindly available upward mobility

      i dont like that the title assistant manager basically means you are an associate not manager because there is no one working below you, yes you are "managing" the facility but so do associates in other work settings. i expected to be at least a somewhat higher up person with this job title but unfortunetly its misleading and you are nothing but an associate and pay is good if you are still in h.s or college but for a place that requires a degree it is less then minimul
