Monthly bonuses, fit program for employees, always giving out gift cards, opportunity for advancement, on site apartment, decent pay for the field, closed on Sundays

Cons

No Saturdays off, Being under appreciated for your work, Site managers getting praise for your hard work, District Manager choosing favorites, doing task outside of job description
