Pros

Great team, upper management show they care for all employees at every level, Work life balance is a real thing here if your district is fully staffed, the job is not hard at all, growth is a real thing here.

Cons

the pay is bad for both store managers and assistant managers. Title should be property or site manager not store manager for part of our work is to manage and care for the outside of our store. Training a store manager from off the streets needs improvement.

Great work/life balance which allows more time for family. You don't have to take the work home with you. Your travel can be reimbursed. Decent time off and benefits. Opportunities for advancement. Team atmosphere even when working solo.

Cons

Being short staffed will cause more travel and working at multiple locations for AMs. Customers can be hard to deal with due to aggressive increases.
