I love working at Extra Space because I'm widely respected by my co-workers. Extra Space is one big family that is open to my ideas which makes me confident in my role. A wonderful work environment that makes it easy to come in and do what's right for our company.

Cons

The inability to work remote.

Pros

I love that I have a set schedule every week. I came from a retail background and enjoy the fact that our slow season is around Christmas. No more 12 hour days during the holidays. They truly care about the employees in the field. I have seen many things change for the better after asking for employee input. You have a lot of opportunities for quick advancement in the company.

Cons

You're not going to make as much as a retail manager does but the trade off is most certainly worth it. I will say that what they do pay is fair for the job expected.
