Pros

NO PROS WHATS SO EVER

Cons

Poor management, horrible leadership team, cut throat environment, NO ONE IS PROFESSIONAL. Leaders steal your deals, people steal your deals, Culture? NO CULTURE. Perverts left and right. if you aren't kissing up to your managers you are NOTHING.

UNETHICAL and TOXIC

Pros

Might be suitable if you have no experience and do not mind slaving away for peanuts.

Cons

To start with, this company has zero employee benefit. There’s no welfare or career progression. On top of that, the way they treat their employees is completely unethical. Just take their recent retrenchment in Singapore office for example—the management had asked the employees to take on more responsibilities so that they can keep their jobs. And without any warning, proper communication or compensation, they let these employees go. Whatever you may see on LinkedIn are all lies. The management in their Singapore office shows favoritism. They like to employ friends/ people from their social circle. The management has a few favorite employees who are completely toxic. These “favorite employees” have been speaking ill about the bosses behind their back for years but they somehow get along with the bosses so well that the bosses continue to keep them even during the time of retrenchment. If you have a real talent to offer, go elsewhere. You won’t even get a decent compensation for it. In order to survive here, you must learn to play politics with their favorite employees, which is a complete waste of time.

Pros

Very talented people committed to excellence and success. The products are evident of that. Michael Keating is an incredible leader. The company needs more like him.

Cons

Management is the exact opposite. Simon props up the US Managing Director who manages by intimidating staff while he makes no personal contribution to the business. He’s never met with senior client leadership and hasn’t contributed a dime of revenue since he’s been in the states. If he disappeared tomorrow the US operation would begin to grow and morale would improve overnight. The boiler room telephone sales strategy is a dismal failure. Unfortunately senior management knows no other approach.

This makes for interesting reading. We have conducted an internal process and found that a number of the points you raise (the majority) are factually inaccurate. As these comments are wrong, libelous and defaming the company - we have referred them to our lawyer. (db)
