Pros

- Sky is the limit when it comes to commissions. This literally allows you to write your own paycheck and if you're good, this job is life-changing. - The reward system is also fantastic. There are incentives that come in various levels; from coffee, meals, game tickets to bucket-list trips. Name it, they can provide it. - The support and motivational push from the managers is something that is consistently available. - Everyday is a new challenge which is exciting to say the least. - It's a great place to learn. The company really invests on the development and training of their staff. - There are almost always sharing sessions to learn from and to hear out great practices from other colleagues. - The leaders are always all-ears, approachable and ready to lend a hand. - CEO is just an email/phone call away, and is very much excited to reach each and everyone of us. I don't think this is the same for other global companies. - There's almost always a fun activity to boost up the spirits at the start of the day.

Cons

- It can get stressful and there's always a pressure to perform, but then again a sales job would always have that kind of feel. Luckily, you would be surrounded with people who have been there and would be ready to give a pep talk.

Good fist job

Pros

Good place to learn about sales and about yourself. It 's mixed feeling about this company. Base salary is good. The people are fun .

Cons

They try to make the "culture" a great place to work by having breakfast and other incentives but if sales goals are not going as planned it is like being in school where you are scolded by your superiors. "Do your job" they say. There is a very loyal and hard working team in Miami.. Micromanaging and gossip gets out of hand.

The prefect lie

Pros

They give you all a lot opportunities if you can accept all the nonsense of the management team as many colleagues tend to leave the company within one year or less.

Cons

Where do I start? 1)They sack people and not care about proper payouts and etc. 2) No bonuses and yearly increments. 3) Used to give no panel doctors for staff to visit when they are sick. 4) You need to be the inner circle of the management team to survive or get promoted. 5) A lot of unprofessional behaviour by the management team. 6) Due to the toxic environment, most of the survivors are promoted to management roles but have no leadership qualities.

Thank your for you review. We are more than happy to respond to legitimate reviews but sadly in this case, the title says it all. Having spoken to our colleagues, it is clear that there are too many inaccuracies here for this to be taken seriously. We will continue to invest in our colleagues, be transparent about the sales and commission structure and work with growing the careers of people who what to learn and build with us.
