I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SnackNation (Culver City, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Let me just start by saying this, if you are reading this and are not an attractive white 20 something, the odds are already stacked against you (though there did seem to be the one token black guy, and a few white washed Asians). The interview process was pretty straight forward. One phone interview, online homework module, and then several in person interviews. I made it to the second before being told I had not been selected to move forward. If I recall correctly, there were 3.
Phone screen -> Online Assessments -> Interview with team leaders, partially in group, before they pulled you aside individually-> Interview with Sales Manager -> Interview with both aforementioned parties and their president.
The questions didn't seem to hard or stressful on a mechanical level, but I really think what they're looking for is cultural fit. Again, if you're an extroverted white kid aged 23-28, you should fit in.
Additionally, I kept in touch with 3 people in the initial interview, one of whom ended up getting an offer. He mentioned there was no Drug Test, just something to know :)

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SnackNation in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview process was efficient and very straightforward. I first created a video introducing myself and why I would be a good fit for SnackNation and the position. I heard back a few days later and had a phone interview with the manager of the role. I then came in for an in person interview with the manager and lastly, was brought in for a company wide meeting and to speak with the President of the company. The whole process took less than two weeks and was very enjoyable.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SnackNation (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2016
Interview
My interview process was fairly unique since everything was done via Skype (as I was based on the east coast). Overall, it was fairly organized, timely, and clear. Ray, the recruiting manager, was quick to outline the process and expectations, and all of the managers I consequently interviewed with were just as nice and helpful. Overall, a positive experience. Additionally, they were flexible enough in allowing me enough time to relocate, since I wasn't local to CA.
