Yeap, I would agree with the other review, they definitely have a type: white male, recent grad , with little or no experience- I decided to keep in touch with other candidates after the group interview. They are trying too hard to be part of the startup culture but comes off as more of a frat house rather than a workplace. I've worked in silicon valley for a lot of startups, and this is the first time I ever seen this type of hiring strategy. They didn't look at anyone's resume and just asked us their frat house 'initiation' questions. I know you guys are growing and your time is important but so is everyone else is.

Interview
Interview process is very quick which was a huge plus. I applied online through the company website. It was followed by a group interview with 7 other candidates conducted by two sales managers. This was followed by an over the phone role play (lasting about 15 mins). From there I met one on one with the VP of sales. Lastly I met with the President of the company. I received an offer shortly after.

Great questions and great company! Fun interview process and fantastic people to meet with, normally in group formats. If you advance it's one on one. Be prepared to role play a little and have a good attitude!
