SnackNation interview questions

After I emailed the Director of Sales, I had a quick phone screen with a sales manager. Thereafter, I came in for a group interview with about five other people. It was friendly and open, as it's important to be conversational with the other members in the interview. The next step was a role play with the Director of Sales. After that, I was called back to meet with the Director of Sales one-on-one. Finally, I came back once more to meet with the COO, and then I received an offer! Although the entire process took about a month, each piece of the interview process showed me more about what SnackNation stands for and what type of individual SnackNation is looking for. It became clear from the get-go that "how" I answered each question was more important than the actual answer. The key is listening. The entire process is designed to make sure that both you are the right fit for SnackNation and SnackNation is the right fit for you, so just be yourself!

The interview process overall was an excellent experience to say the least. It was very lengthy but thorough, due to their careful selection in vetting out the best potential candidates. Everyone I met with was extremely transparent in what they were looking for, what to expect, and what they can offer. SnackNation is an awesome company, with a fun friendly culture, and top notch leadership to boot.
