Pros

i honestly cannot think of any pros in working for this company. Pay rate during training is $9.00 an hour (and that is not a Pro)

Cons

The Trainer at Atento is horrible. You are treated like a five year old and constantly belittled in front of other co-workers if you are late, have your phone on,or happen to nod off in class because the lesson is so boring. You are fired if you don't pass the training exam the second time around.

The Pros is you can wear anything you want, as long as its cloths!

Cons

The cons are the Pros...very unprofessional atmosphere. Pay scale is ridiculously low! Good job if your 17.

Pros

It's ok. Good starting call center job.

Cons

No 401k, no PTO, only holidays off are Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years, HR dept. hardly ever there (a joke unless you're friends). Probably one of the lowest paying call center jobs in the area. Limited area for growth due to jobs being moved out of the states.
