Business Outlook
Pros
They have an extensive book bag. They have a long history in publishing with some of their trademarks.
Cons
Way too much emphasis placed on micromanaging the reps. DM's were not kept in check and they didn't know the products/technologies. Their digital vision is all over the place and they are not honest with their sales reps about the viability of those products so you feel like you are constantly lying to your customers. Culture is one of paranoia. Relationships are sought for gain and no one seems to really want the best for each other.
