Lack of training and support. 3 weeks of general knowledge training. No hands on experience at all with call interface and thrown to the wolves first day after "training". The managers are not bad they are very nice but there is barely any of them and nobody there to help hundreds of new untrained employees making their customers very angry because nobody knows how to do anything at all. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't want my company outsourced to them for service or I would worry of going bankrupt.

Here people grow by doing bucketing. They never respect your work. If you are good in bucketing with your manager then you are safe or else they may throw you out of project. Joined this company before 6 month and now we don't have project, while the people closed to manager got project to work
