      Pros

      Enjoy being at home. I have time with my kids and they can see me when they want. There is also chances to move up so you don't have to stay where you are.

      I wish the pay were more, but the experience is good.

      Pros

      I love almost everything, place, location, trainings, salary, benefits, ambience, tools, gadgets, lounge, etc. 20 word is too much. Im done.

      Cons

      Some of the operations managers were incompetent. They dont know how to take good care of their employees. They just need to be a little more considerate and understanding.

      The pay is pretty typical for LEAD GENERATION, not inside sales as they say, they try at least

      Cons

      No phones at work, low pay, issues getting paychecks sometimes from what i hear from other employees, high turnover, break area, cafeteria is ehh, next to a really ghetto company.
