Pros

Friendly work environment, Benefits, International atmosphere

Cons

Targets is the main word but only to impress the client. As an employee you can have good KPI's they will find something bad to say to make you understand you are replaceable. The management is done by people who don't have any experience, once one of the manager ask me advice on how to resolve an issue with an employee. Don't expect to have a promotion unless you're friend with a manager or it doesn't bother you to stab your colleagues by reporting their "behaviors". I apply for a position, got the interview, my application was rejected because I don’t have enough experience, a lot of people with experience and qualification have apply for that position. Instead, they have hired a girl who just finish high school and with no experience because she’s the daughter of a friend of a manager. I have heard a lot of stupid excuses to deny a position from other employees who asked for feedback.

Pros

The only pros were the recruiters, very friendly, well informed, and easy to talk with.

Cons

I have applied for many customer service/support positions online. So far these companies expect you to work weekends and after hours which would be fine if they didn't insult you with minimum wage! Then they tell you that you have to buy extra equipment thats required for this minimum wage job. Unreal. These guys need to step up their game. They're hired by multi million dollar companies who outsource these positions to them. If they're looking for quality csr's, which they claim they are, then they need to pay them what they're worth! Ridiculous. Needless to say, I declined the offer.
