      Pros

      Very Stable company that has and will continue to grow and become better, even in a down economy. Great incentives outside of the standard pay and health benefits. New office space provides a welcome environment to work. Top Management are the right people in the right places and they don't take them selves too seriously. They're quick to joke and have a good time. Extra Space really is a hidden gem, one of the best companies, you haven't heard of. Fortune 500 company based in Utah.

      Cons

      Depending on your manager, feedback can be hit and miss; for the most part pretty good though. Need more training opportunities as managers although getting better.

      Pros

      Team environment while still able to fly solo. Easy to reach out to other stores. Work life balance. Set office hours. Monthly incentives based on a combination of metrics. The incentives aren't much on average but the extra cash certainly helps with groceries and such. Plenty of mentors. Opportunity to grow if you work hard enough at it, and maintain good relations with the district peers.

      Cons

      Being 5 places at once. Cutting work time to make up for the travel time while doing store visits. This limits the one on one with employees, and can be stressful. Staffing can be difficult because some stores aren't budgeted enough man hours. This creates a shortage of options for a while if someone calls out or leaves the company.

      This company is amazing to work for. Talk about team players. They take very good care of their employees. I sure miss this job. Great pay with benefits
