      I feel like part of a team! The DMs and DTLs and RMs really make you feel included on new ideas. Most places you are a replaceable "number", but here you feel like you actually matter! Good benefits, Sunday Family time, and a caring supportive team!

      Pros

      Regular and consistent hours, friendly and encouraging environment. I love coming to work. It doesn't feel like a job. Overall it's a great company to work for.

      Cons

      The health insurance is a little pricey compared to some other companies. Sometimes minor things are over intensified and analyzed.

Here you will find a business that is forward thinking and technologically savvy, along with a culture that empowers it's employees to manage like owners and the autonomy to make the best decisions for the benefit of both the company and the customer. While every job has it's pros and cons, this company strives to make an environment where the employees believe this is a great place to work and I am very happy to be on the team! If you have a passion for customer service and a desire to love the work you do, then I encourage you to apply.

      Cons

      There is a lot of collaboration in decision making, which is great most of the time, but can at times, slow down the processes causing us to miss some opportunities.
