There really is none I can think of.

Cons

Must work almost all holidays. Have to work almost all saturdays. Insurance is very expensive. Need to be there for a whole year for 401k. Hourly is low. Very lonely job. Coverage at site is bad. DM's are very rude and only there to suck up to DVP

NOT a career path. Managers are too "storage" passionate. No one is that passionate about storage... it's like a cult.
