      Pay is not bad & a lot of opportunity for overtime

      Cons

      Very disorganized Management. Place is very dirty. Cockroaches in call centre and kitchen.Very cliquey workplace.

      Terrible place to work

      Pros

      some what overtime, work from home sometimes unless you have to come in center for coaching or if your scores are low, that's the way of they punishing you for it.

      Cons

      management is terrible, they let anybody be a manager, not enough hourly pay for the amount of excellence that they want their employees to put into the job, too strict with missing some days in a year due to health and emergency issues, don't value there employees.
