      The job is not hard and anyone can do well.

      So much to say. I would not recommend anyone come work here. Well, that is not true. I would say accountants with no experience should come here first.

      Pros

      IT doesn't seem to be a place where you will want to stay. A lot of people are either already gone or in the process of finding a new job.

      Cons

      Ever since the new CTO took over, it's been more about managing how people perceive you instead of actually getting stuff done. Innovation has been replaced with politics. If you want to move up in the company, you have to pander to management.
