Below average pay, extremely subjective work environment

Reasonable work-life balance. But highly depending on department, manager and work cycles

Cons

Poor pay - Salaries completly disconnected from economic climate Extremely subjective progression opportunities- based on pedigree. Basically gender, race and origins are defining career progression. A ton of empty propaganda pushed down on employees - better here are empty words.

-Work life balance (generous vacation, personal days) -RRSP, pension, stock options

Cons

-Hard to grow within the company -The recruitment and hiring process. As an internal employee applying for a role within the company I think getting back to the candidate either way is important.
