-Good support System -Fair compensation - Honest and fair assessment -Internal growth opportunities -decent work-life balance - relatively less office politics. -clear cut defined roles

Cons

- complicated and very inadequate mixture of softwares - very scripted training -micromanaged - very unrealistic targets of calls received -no rest time opportunity after a difficult / rude call

no structure, training is not enough, management wants to implement too many changes in a short amount of time. too many process changes.

Pros

Definity really values its employees, the work life balance is amazing and they award the best employees with great benefits and perks. There vacation policy is also better than many other employers

Cons

There training department is a little weak, and some high profile jobs leave employees feeling like call center agents rather than underwriters.
