      Great benefits, although extremely expensive Flexibility with schedule - also changing going forward

      Too much time spent on engagement, trying way too hard and just end up wasting time and then wondering why they are behind. Doesn’t listen to employees, we are happy and productive with the hybrid 2 days a week in the office. Changing to 3 days in the middle of the summer. WHY. Productivity is higher on work from home days. This will put us further behind and decrease morale. Management says one thing but don’t actually know what is going on in each business unit. Vacation bidding is a joke. Good luck actually being able to use your vacation days for the times that you want.

      Ok salary and good coworkers

      Cons

      The rounds of layoffs leave staff feeling nervous and either over performative or totally disconnected. Only high-high ups like return to office mandates (and don't abide by the rules themselves).
