Absolutely terrible technology. They keep promising system upgrades and it never comes. They hire staff only to mistreat them and not treat them well. They say they want to support their staff but it’s all lies. You are very overwhelmed in the claims dept. to the point that if you don’t put in more than an 8 hour day you will fall behind and be put on a work plan. Management will stab each other in the back to protect their own back. It is just a daunting place to work and you will find yourself mentally and emotionally defeated with the amount of work and no support. I would not recommend this company as a place to work.

Very stressful, expected to get an unrealistic amount of work done. Weekly group meetings with your team to go over whether each team member met the goals, if not they were called out in front of everyone. Team leads would walk around the floor yelling at workers to get on calls. Most of the time you aren't allowed to leave your desk to go to the washroom or fill up your water bottle. Procedures changed every few months, would also throw you around to different departments with little training if they were short staffed. Very little support from your managers who were also incredibly stressed out, very high turn over rate for managers.
