-good vacation -ability to get a bonus

- employees are just another number - company has been going downhill for several years now - VP's only care about money - everyone is overloaded with work - not enough employees and people are quitting constantly or going on stress leave - your performance goals are impossible to reach - management is rude and make people upset - doing absolutely nothing to retain good employees. If anything is trying to get rid of them

Good salary and benefits, incentive plan.

Cons

Directors, VPs and leaders play favourites and hold grudges. If they like you, they'll go out of their way to create new positions to keep you happy. If just one decides they don't like you, then forget it. You're stuck and might as well look elsewhere because you'll never progress further. Forget about engagement. It's all talk, no action.

Working for a large insurance company.

Cons

Over worked came home every night exhausted and burned out. Young 20s on the team who don't understand work life balance. Lots of politics and gossip, feels like high school with the drama. This team also has a high turnaround and someone there is always on stress leave. No opportunity for growth. In 5 years I was not able to move up.
