Thank you for your review. We’re happy to know that you have found our people to be a rewarding aspect of working here. We think they’re great, too! And we strive to offer competitive rewards to attract and retain the best people. The footprint of our company is Canadian, not international. As such, international exposure is limited. In 2018, we experienced higher than normal turnover as you mentioned. We have also experienced a significant amount of change within the organization. Change often brings about churn, which unfortunately results in employees leaving the organization, particularly if the change does not align with their career aspirations. We focus on supporting employees through change so that they are able to manage the transition; however, not everyone will be comfortable with the change. Our goal is always to retain our employees, but we know that we cannot always entice people to stay.

None, unless you like being mistreateed and under-valued.

Cons

Once upon a time, this was a great company. Somewhere along the way executive and senior leaders have forgotten that it's the employees that keep the company afloat. When you treat people poorly and don't value them, they stop wanting to do good work.
