Pros
TEIG has an excellent benefit package.They will also meet RRSP contributions. There is an annual salary review (along with your personal review) but you're almost always going to get a pay raise every year.
Cons
The company is stingy on vacation time and there is little chance to ever have 2 weeks off in a row. Head Office lives by seperate set of rules than branches. HO gets the best of everything and branches merely the leftovers. I worked at HO and in Toronto area and so have first hand experience. The discrepancies between appreciation events was disgusting, especially when HO is mostly administration and is partying on the buck of the branches that bring in all the cash.
