Pros
Eco has a good package of benefits, retirement plan, etc, pays fully for insurance education, has a good salary system with adequate ranges when used, and some great people working for it. There are routes to advance within the company, and the team leaders are typically flexible and considerate when it comes to requests for time off, slight changes to work schedules, etc.
Cons
The regional management is completely out of touch with who is accomplishing what - and who isn't. Promotions to leadership roles are dictated almost entirely by politics, and have extremely little to do with ability, tenure, or accomplishments. The atmosphere is resistant to change and very top-down, with heavy controls from head office, little power in the regions, and no desire to change this philosophy.
