Very Frustrating

Pros

I work with some good people, the benifits are very good. I'm in out of the elements

Cons

Too many pointless meetings. Don't want to work...call a meeting. Too many people unqualified for the job. Too many people in leader positions with no management skills. A 2 day in-house course doesn't make you management material. Too many specialists in HR. You cannot find anyone in HR that can answer 2 questions in a row, if you can fine someone who can answer 1. Too many VP's, Ass. VP's, Directors, Managers. Too many staff that don't sell the product. Too many IT. The company is full of people who spend their day tring to figure out how to get someone else to do their job. Must I go on ?!

Good and bad, staff who worked hard doesn't get appreciated.

Not as rigid as other companies, very relax environment to the point that people takes advantage of it.

Cons

Staffs takes advantage of the co. being too lenient, doesn't recognize staff who works hard, too much politics.

It was a secure and honest place to workl. The pay was good. Were not treated like a number. People are nice.

Cons

There was some favoritism. It seemed like the ones that talk the loudest got promotions. Sometimes it was hard to see why someone got promoted over others. A lot of politics.
