      Great people, great culture, great leadership

      Cons

      Honestly, this field is MAKING me come up with something which is hard to do - I've been at this company for 6 years in multiple roles and I am very happy. The ONLY thing that comes to mind is that the benefits package could be better. It does the job but it's not amazing.

      People are extremely friendly compensation is very competitive Plenty of opportunity for advancement

      Very occasionally the elevator takes a while, but mainly in the winter, so really its fine

As a reminder, our hybrid working model has been great for allowing our employees the flexibility to work from home more often, and to decrease the amount of time they need to commute to the office.
