People are great, benefits are very good, fantastic culture, competitive salaries and pension, wellness and diversity very important to our organization. Employee engagement continues to get better and better.

Cons

I have worked for Economical for 19 years, it has been by far the best employer I have worked for and continues to get better, I have no cons to working here.
