Pros

*Recognizes that we 'the employees' are important to the companies success and values us and our opinions. *Good work/life balance *Great benefits, perks and social events

Cons

no cons come to mind that aren't prevalent in other companies/industry. We are always re-assessing the way we do things, to do them better and some people find this more difficult.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. It’s true that our colleagues are friendly and helpful here, and we make work/life balance a priority. Sorry to hear you felt there was a lack of opportunity for advancement. We take feedback like this seriously and it pushes us to rethink how we assess and enhance our learning and development programs to support employees in their career, whether that be through our paid career development opportunities, online and leadership training programs, or our virtual library with thousands of books, videos, and courses. Facilitating advancement opportunities is important to us, and we’ve been taking positive steps to improve on that front. In 2016, for example, 21% of employees were either promoted or transferred to new positions. Our people are essential to our success, and we agree it’s important to invest in retaining talent. It’s why we’re committed to offering an ambitious, rewarding, and fun work environment, and a comprehensive total rewards program that includes competitive pay, flexible benefits, and retirement savings. Once again, thanks for your feedback, and best of luck in your career.
