Economical Appreciation Week is our favourite time of the year, when we all go above and beyond to recognize great colleagues doing great work and take a whole week to appreciate one another in fun and surprising ways. We believe competitive compensation and benefits programs are one way to reward employees for their work, so thanks for that shout out. Updating technology is a constant work in progress. Over the past few years, we’ve introduced leading Guidewire technology for customers, brokers, and our claims teams. While enabling remote work has been our focus in 2020, those who work from our offices have flexibility with our smart casual dress code and open, ergonomic workstations with sit/stand desks.

      Company supports the Ontario economy, got rid of Alberta people as apparently we are not required, cheaper to hire Ontario people.
