Listening to brokers and direct customers, upgrading systems and processes, and preparing for an IPO to become a strong public company. There are many great employees with deep business knowledge and the company is adding new talent with expertise in specific product and technical areas to create a strong team leading the new business strategy. It's a great time to join the team!
