Our employees really set us apart, and help us foster a healthy culture at Economical. I’m sorry to hear that you’re finding the position stressful, particularly as it relates to achieving results. As a company, it’s essential that we’re focused on results since this is how we continue to improve how we do business, and respond to our brokers, customers, and employees.
