Staff members are great and stick together because everything else is mayhem.

Cons

Was lured to job with dishonesty about role and duties. No help whatsoever to new employees, just left to flounder and figure things out on our own. HR is a joke. With constant layoffs and firings, staff members always fearful of their jobs.
