It’s motivating to be with a company that encourages its people to embrace innovation, take chances, and think differently. Be sure to speak with your leader about flex work hours, compressed work week options, personal needs days, wellness programs, vacation days, and paid volunteer days. Work/life balance is important, and these programs were put in place to make sure we can all bring our best (and enjoy life while we’re at it!).

      Leadership is working on building and developing a caring culture for employees

      Limited opportunities for those seeking leadership opportunities as organization structure is relatively flat. Leaders are simple, lack inspiration, and innovative thinking. Basically keep it simple and don't stray outside the parameters.

      Decent company to work for especially if you want to "get your foot in the door" in the insurance industry. Salary is pretty decent.
