Pros

It's a good platform to start if you are new to the field. There are quite a few senior and experienced people there who are willing to sharing their expertise with you.

Cons

Not aggressively in profit-driving. But that's before it's de-mutualized. Maybe it will improve soon in the near future.

This is a good place to work with good benefits. Coworkers are pleasant and friendly. A good place to work if you do not want to be on the cutting edge of technology.

Cons

Salary could be better, Improved communication from the top down would help as well, Parking is a pain if you have to be offsite.

ít's kind of stable place to work at, not a lot pressure, flex time, people are not aggressive, job security is good.

Cons

no respect to individuals, no communications about the decision. no encouragement for people to advance their career path, comp ratio is lower than average.
