      Great coworkers. Good amenities

      They hire tons of people on a contract so that they can dispose of them at any time. Work is very repetitive - somewhat like being on a factory line - with extremely high targets. If you don't meet your case count target - weekly meetings with your team leader are arranged. Management closely monitors every single transaction you make. The system monitors every click you make and you are constantly on a timer. You are basically a machine. Supervisors have favourites and if you are not one of them you'll be treated as such

To support transparency between leaders and employees in 2017, we introduced the Leader Portal on our employee intranet featuring resources, information, and training for our leadership team — and it’s available to all employees. So whether you’re curious about the role of Economical leaders, or you’d like to develop your own leadership skills, the Leader Portal can help. Also, in 2016 we began publishing our corporate strategy internally for all employees to see. Employees map individual goals to the overall company goals and regularly discuss progress or concerns with leaders. We’re finding this helps to foster transparency and a shared understanding across the company.

      Good team environment, manageable workload, good benefits

      Cons

      poor management communication on expectations, stiff workplace (Timed bathroom and lunches), not a lot of opportunity for growth, makes it challenging to want to stay especially for younger employees
