      - The culture is quite like a startup, giving you more autonomy to contribute beyond your role and grow. - Lots of learning and career growth opportunities. - The company utilizes new tech and agile methodologies. - Encouragement of idea generation across all levels of employees rather than a strict top down approach. - Remote/Hybrid work culture

      Cons

      - No holiday party or event. - Small teams mean advancement may be limited if your path forward is already occupied by lifers.
