      Culture amongst teammates is supportive. Fair compensation.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership. There are no leaders, only bosses that micromanage. Lack of cohesion and understanding between different departments.

      Terrible operations management

      The soldiers and ground troops.

      Cons

      Controlling and a bunch of know it alls. Fox your poor retention and can the hire ups. God rid of managers and directors who put 10+ years of building a great culture to only just watch it crash and burn from a bunch of other managers from another insurance company where they probably failed to.
